Shipping

Everything we sell is made to order, so there are two separate clocks: the time it takes to make your piece, and the time it takes the carrier to bring it to you.

Production time

Jewelry is laser-engraved and dispatched in about 3 business days. Home accents vary — mugs usually ship within a day, blankets in about two, and framed prints take four or more.

Transit time

Once your order leaves our production facility, delivery is in the carrier's hands. US orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days of dispatch; international orders take considerably longer, commonly 10–30 business days.

We don't promise a delivery date. We'd rather tell you what we actually control than quote a date and miss it. If a piece is a gift for a specific occasion, please order with room to spare.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart and where it's going. Within the US, jewelry ships for $5.89.

One thing worth knowing: jewelry pieces ship together. Adding a second necklace or a bracelet to your order doesn't double your shipping — they travel in one parcel for one charge. Home accents come from a different facility, so an order combining jewelry and a mug will ship separately and show two rates.

International orders

We ship worldwide, but international rates are substantially higher than domestic and can approach the value of smaller items. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and aren't included at checkout.

Framed prints currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated in several days, email info@lyfe-element.com and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us straight away — if production hasn't started we can usually fix it. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we can't recover it, though we'll help however we can.
