Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of lyfe-element.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

Lyfe Element sells personalized, made-to-order jewelry and home accents. You can reach us at info@lyfe-element.com.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — if an item is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Personalization content

You're responsible for the text you submit for engraving. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to use it, and that it isn't unlawful, threatening, hateful, or infringing on someone else's trademark or copyright.

We reserve the right to decline any personalization request at our discretion. If we decline yours, we'll refund you in full and tell you why.

Engraving is reproduced exactly as submitted, including spelling, spacing and capitalization. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy before ordering.

Product descriptions and images

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Product images may include digital mockups, and screens vary — actual colour, finish and scale can differ slightly from what you see. Our jewelry is 316L stainless steel; coloured finishes are PVD coatings applied to that steel, not solid precious metal.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error.

Intellectual property

The Lyfe Element name, site content, product photography and copy belong to us. Please don't reproduce them commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed occasions arising from shipping delays outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
